new bootstrap image

I've built an updated h5000 bootstrap image with the hh28 kernel, which
can be found at:

http://handhelds.org/~pb/unstable/bootgpe2-0.7.2+unstable2-h3900.jffs2

The touchscreen and wifi both seem to be working tolerably well for me
on an h5550 in this version. Please try it out and send reports of
either success or failure.
