Some issues with Linux in h5400

Hello,

I have installed GPE2.1 from
bootgpe2-0.7+unstable9.2-h3900.jffs2 in my hp ipaq
5450.

In first boot, calibration screen never ends. I mean,
that I touched the crosschairs more or less 20 times,
all around the screen. It seems to work, but I thought
it was some problem, so I reseted the unit..

Now I enter directly on 'System setup' screen, where
it asks about administrator password, but I can't type
anything. Maybe screen is not right calibrated, but
record button doesn't work :-/

Using Minicom, and the "trick" to enter in console
mode in the ipaq without password, I see that
xcalibrate.con file is empty.

What can I do? Any help would be welcome!

Another thing. I am using bootldr 2.20-4, is it normal
not having splash screen?
