Hm, IIRC I don't have that problem. I have two 5450's, but they're both at
work ATM, so can't check.

It's possible for 39xx AFAIK, by skipping the first 32k. If i'm correct,
then you still need to skip the bootloader, but the rest is suitable ROM. I
wonder if this is also valid for the 54xx upgrades.

The bootloader-tux you mean? Same here. I'm not worried. :) The fbcon tux
shows up nicely, but gets killed off by the fullscreen logo (which isn't
fullscreen anymore as soon as init starts running, which is instant).
