I was in that same spot. The way that I weaseled out of it was to restore
PPC2002, then the original H5450 PPC2002 bootloader, then once that was
working, I reapplied the upgrade from PPC2002 to PPC2003.
By the way, if you go this route, the PPC2002 image that Bootblaster saves
won't unpack due to being oversized. You can find an image that works well
here: http://www.handhelds.org/feeds/wince/h5450_wince_root.gz. I'm not sure
who built this, but it worked for me. I've heard a rumor that Jamey built
this 'slimmed down' 2002 build to get around the memory problem.
If you are talking about an h5450 that *came preloaded* with PPC2003 I'm at
a loss to help you.
