I recently got a h5555, and am also having some issues. I installed the
bootloader, but when I went to restart it while holding the center button,
it simply vibrated at me, mockingly, and locked up. I had to remove the
battery to get it back.
It rebooted normally into CE (though it was resetted to the initial state,
erasing my Jawbreaker high scores), and worked great for the next 3 days.
Then, while off (or perhaps standby, I don't recall) in my pocket it just
started vibrating. The only way to stop it was to remove the battery.
Now, when it boots the percent bar on the "hp iPAQ" screen gets to 100%
and then it completely locks up. Nothing on the COM port. Any
suggestions? Brick?
