bootldr 2.19.66 supports both h3900 and h5400

bootldr 2.19.66 now supports both h3900 and h5400.

caveats: bootblaster3900 is still bricking h5400's.

bootldr todo for h5400:
- display (mq1100) is not supported
- pcmcia and ide unsupported
- mmc unsupported
- does not boot pocketpc (someone will have to figure it out from firmware)
