RamdiskRescue directions - question about 4150/4350

Hello,

I have two iPAQs, 4150 & 4350, and I'm following the directions at
http://handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/RamdiskRescue

On step 3, when I go to Familiar, I don't see any support for these iPAQ
models. Perhaps the directions need to be updated to use Angstrom
instead? If so, which Angstrom file(s) would I use for step 3?
