Hmm, seems like there is no way to determine battery charging status
using ads7846. At least, I can't figure out how to do this. It seems
like we need to define something like this

"int (*charge_status)(void);

in adc-battery.h and connect to it "GET_H4000_GPIO(CHARGING)".

Now, I'm trying to make it work this way.
