Running on an ipaq 4350

Hello,

I am stuck trying to get the pre-built packages to work. I have an ipaq
4350, and
none of the arrow keys, the hardware buttons or the keyboard work on
the ramdisk rescue menu page, so consequently i can't even get to the
installation. Can anyone please let me know how to get past that?
