install from cvs head

Hi Paul,

So I got the latest version from cvs head, and this time haret gets the
kernel up fine, but a kernel panic on boot that it can't find the
device or partition mmcblk0p2. But this are exactly the same
startup.txt files (and filesystem) that I was using before. Should I be
using a different name? What major and minor numbers should
/dev/mmcblk0 have?
