  I preliminarily confirm this. In suspend, "charge" GPIO is inactive,
whereas we actually have it always active in run mode. I'm yet not
sure how to handle this. First of all, we need to get confirmation
that that pin is indeed "charger enable" and not something else
related to charging. After that, figure out if we comfortable to have
it always on and trust circuitry to control charging, or instead to
have programmatical control. In the latter case, framework for
controlling charging during sleep must be developed (currently there's
none, only device which handles that is hx4700, where it is done in
bootloader, and such approach doesn't scale).
