Hi list!

I got my GPE working fine about a half year ago, but there were still
some problems (including battery etc). So, now I decided to retry the
whole experience.

I started with throwing everything off. Then repartitioned my SD card
to contain only one FAT16 (id6) partition.

The I put the following tree on it, and tapped haret once it was in my ppc:
linux/
linux/rescue
linux/rescue/ramdisk-rescue-0.6.4.rootfs.ext2.gz
linux/rescue/custom.txt
linux/rescue/zImage-2.6.16-hh7-h4000-20061028020714
linux/rescue/haret-0.3.8.exe
linux/rescue/startup.txt
linux/rescue/image
linux/rescue/image/gpe-image-v0.8.4-h4000-1.rootfs.tar.bz2
linux/rescue/image/zImage-2.6.16-hh7-h4000-20061028020714

The image/* files come from the Sourceforge download, rescue files are
from http://handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/RamdiskRescue

After booting, ramdisk rescue complains:
LOOKING FOR CUSTOM RESCUE SCRIPT: "custom.txt"
FAT PARTITION NOT FOUND ON /dev/mmcb1k0
FAT PARTITION NOT FOUND ON /dev/hda
UNABLE TO LOCATE RAMDISK RESCUE FILES.
RR_PATH=/linux/erscue
ABORTING

So, something went wrong here :-D

All help is welcome,
  Bram
PS I was also wondering if somebody could point out some good sync
software for PIM information, maybe even something with Google
calender?
