Switch between WINCE and Linux

Hello,

I just get an IPAQ 4150 and I want to test Linux on it, and perhaps to
participate at some devellopement. But I still want to use windows CE on it
as Linux seems not to be fully operational.

Is it easy to switch from Win CE to Linux, and back ? What are the risks ?
How to down load a system if the ipaq has no OS ?
