Hi List,
I got myself a 4150 an want to run linux on it. I had some success with a
precompiled 2.6.3 kernel and initrd from Michael Opdenacker's site (it was
oopsing a lot though but I managed to mount a root fs via nfs over usb
ethernet gadget driver. Framebuffer was also working sometimes...). But
when I managed to compile a 2.6.6 and 2.6.7 kernel (some Kconfig files are
messed up, duplicated entries, and some compile problems with the pxafb)
usb networking and framebuffer stopped working (no oops, see attached log).
So my question: Has anyone had any success running these kernels? Also,
there's a screenshot on http://www.handhelds.org/z/wiki/HpIpaq4100 showing
an ipaq running X, and that's where I want to go. Who did that and how? I'd
greatly apprechiate any help on how to achieve this goal...
Thanks a lot,
Michael
