Check out that udelay(1000), change it to multiple udelay(10)s.

If possible, don't check machine, but instead just probe for it (dunno if
there's a command on that chip that'll do that though).

As to headers, make sure to give yourself some credit in the header!

Once you've cleaned up the code, send it off to me, and I'll check it in.
