rootfs name changes

G'day folks,

Just to let you know that I'm updating the initrd scripts to use
/home/ipaq_rootfs instead of /home/h2200.

After all, the initrd and rootfs are supposed to be used or reused by
several devices. Using h2200 in file names and download locations is
confusing and could make people believe it's h2200 specific stuff.

So, don't be surprised if a few things have changed! I'll update
instructions in the Wiki.
