h4100 cursors works

Hi, i've made a preliminary driver based on asim5 buttons module
and I get up/down/left/right/action button works.

At the moment source code is orrible but it works and may be useful.

todo:
asic3 calls to make other buttons work.
thread/kernel function to trap diagonals.

Since is based on gpio and h4300 doesn't use gpio for cursor key so this
module may be used only by h41xx owners.
