Hi Jamey,
Here are my patches...
By the way, it seems that not all the files (especially the config ones)
have been updated according to the pcmcia-cs-3.2.7 sources.
That's true first for the /etc/init.d/pcmcia file (etc/rc.pcmcia in the
sources). So my first patch
(http://michaelo.free.fr/patches/pcmcia_mar17/pcmcia.patch) has to be
applied to pcmcia-cs-3.2.7/etc/rc.pcmcia, as there would have been too
many differences otherwise.
That's also true for the /etc/pcmcia/config file (/etc/config in the
sources). Lots of new cards were missing in your package. I added them,
while preserving differences that seemed to be related to issues found
at handhelds.org (like hostap_cs using instead of orinoco_cs). In a few
cases, I moved blocks so that they are at the same location as in the
reference, to make real differences easier to identify.
So, my second patch
(http://michaelo.free.fr/patches/pcmcia_mar17/config.patch) has to be
applied on the etc/pcmcia/config file in your package. Let me know if
you prefer having a patch to apply on the pcmcia-3.2.7 sources instead.
You may also make sure that the other files in /etc/pcmcia include the
latest changes... Would you like me to do it, or do you just plan to
overwrite these files with the new source ones?
Thanks for everything to you do!
Have a nice day!
:-)
Michael.
