Andrey,

RamdiskRescue: http://www.handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/RamdiskRescue
(first hit in Google!)

The kernel released with Familiar does not have the necessary drivers
compiled statically into the kernel to be able to boot from a card. The
details on the RamdiskRescue and CardBoot pages should make this
obvious.

Marcus.
