hamcop jtag IR length?

Does anyone know the IR length of hamcop on H2200? JTAG chain scan gives total 7 bits so hamcop IR is 2 bits, other 5 bits go to pxa255. But I found debrick program uses 6 bits for hamcop. How did you get 6-bit chain?

I try to find a way let hamcop release pxa255 reset through JTAG.
