  Well, indeed, Moinmoin's page rename function is dumb (at least
version used by HH.org), and it doesn't updata references
automagically. As for redirect, IIRC, I tried to do that, but it lacks
some plugin or option enabled. So, the best option will likely be to
update all references, and add placeholder page for any external
references.
