Turning HpIpaqH2200CardBoot into generic ard boot page

Hello h2200-port,

  A year ago we discussed turning HpIpaqH2200CardBoot into more
generic page, not tied to a specific model. We decided to just wait
and see how it goes. Well, such a page is greatly needed, and its lack
causes useless duplication of work, with people again and again
crafting such pages for different handhelds, and in the end we end
with unmaintained mess.

  My plan is to rename that page, to preserve the change history.

  Please let me know if you have suggestions or concerns.
