Apart from seeing that RR seems to be working, this log doesn't
help much, as it's not the log from an attempted install.
If/when you have an install failure, the log from that attempt
*might* give some ideas about what is wrong.

Err ... there is. You just need to load the correct modules.
I think the reason they are not installed/enabled by default is
because not everyone needs them. Also, it's pretty hard to tell
what language/codepage modules you need, so that's left to the
user.
If you get an error trying to mount a {|v}fat partition, examine
your log with:
# logread | tail
to see the error. The most common problem is usually a missing
language/codepage module.
