iPaq 2210 and Familiar with OPIE / Keys not working et al

Hi,

I enjoy to have my IPAQ running on OPie now and ITS GREAT :O)

Nevertheless there are some issues that make me scratch my head many times:

1) The curosr 4 way key is not working as expected. It returns 2,4,6,8 as
keystroke but not up/down/left/right. This is especially weird for games but
of course also for business apps like PIM or text documents

2) The battery status is showing some value without changing but then RAPIDLY
switches to "Emegency Shutdown yout iPAQ no mor ebattery power"

3) The shortcut keys are always referring to the apps represented by the icon
on the key. Even if a change the assignment with the buttons settigns app

Anyone any clue about these issues ?

I am willing to do testing as its not a mission critical part of my life so
far :O)

Feel free to drop me a note if you have some thing to test for me or any hint
on the issues mentioned above
