But now the ADC probe is not be called....

Fist, the shamcop probe is call after the
driver_attach of shamcop
after that there is no driver_attach for the shamcop adc and
no shamcop adc probe. The ts driver is also not attach to a device.

Perhaps the soc_device_register of shancop adc fails.
