Ok, here it goes again:
- Stop the irda stack (service irda stop)
- Make sure there are no *ir* modules loaded (lsmod | grep ir)
- Set up minicom to use ttyS1
- Add a "console=ttyS2,115200n8" switch to kernel command line
(in default.txt).
- Use a hand camera to make sure something is actually sent from your PC
and/or PDA (you can see the IR diode blinking through camera visor).

If all this doesn't work, there could be something wrong with the IrDA
code I wrote in h2200.c.

You can also check if your PC's IrDA works by trying to beam something
from WinCE to your PC while running minicom: you should see garbage in
minicom (works best with wraparound turned on, Alt+W).
