That is poorly named. I based the name on the signal name, not on where
it connects. Please rename it to GPIO_NR_H2200_MQ1178_PWDN_N or
something like that.
There are 3 GPIO's on the MQ1178 that are used to control LCD power.
MQ GPIO60 controls LCD DVDD (active high)
MQ GPIO61 controls LCD 5V (active high)
MQ GPIO62 is XDON to the lcd panel
MQ PWM1 seems to connect to the backlight on the lcd panel.
