GPIO67 is connected to the PDWN#/GPIO4 signal on the MQ1178. It does
not control power to the chip or the LCD but apparently puts the MQ1178
to sleep when set to 0. When the iPAQ goes to sleep, this signal should
be asserted (0) to save power.
