Perhaps. Does iPAQ freeze in general or just the screen? Can you enter
any more commands via telnet?

In fact, an easier way is to ask jamey what is GPIO67 exactly - the
power to the LCD panel or to the MediaQ chip? The problem is that in
description of GPIO_NR_H2200_LCD_IRQ_N LCD here means really "MediaQ",
and it's natural to expect that GPIO_NR_H2200_LCD_POWER_ON also means
"power to MediaQ chip", but it could mean "power to LCD panel" as well.
