The transceiver is a MAX3243. (datasheet available www.maxim-ic.com).
Reviewing the H22xx schematics, output R2OUTB of the transceiver is the
non-inverting receiver output (active in shutdown) and is tied to PXA
GPIO4. This one should change state even when the transceiver is shut
down, according to the spec. The actual DCD is wired to FF UART DCD,
gpio36. Note that the non-inverting DCD should be inverted from the
actual DCD, which is active low, according to signal names anyway.
