Re: working LCD driver

Your changes are in CVS, thanks!

I also added a few things for copyright management. I set Andrew as the
copyright holder (as he was the author of aximx5_lcd.c) and listed your
contribution in a history section. Copyright management is not a fun
thing to do, but we can't do without it without risking trouble. :-)

If you make more changes to this file, could you merge them with mine,
please?

I will test all this soon, including Andrew's USB changes.
