Progress and Wiki

Hello,

It's very nice to se, that the LCD is working. We are making good progress! I've
edited the HpIpaqH2200Tasks Wiki to reflect the development. Could you check it
to see if my changes are correct?
I see that USB is still flaky (at best), so my idea is to use the serial gadget,
and/or the serial port for (m)ppp. To get this working we'll need an initrd with
pppd and ssh/telnet. Does it exist already, or do we need to make one? With this
working we can pivot_root and install ipkgs!
