USB networking: not working yet

Hello,

My magic trick was to have both ends connected when loading the pxa_udc driver.
Then load the usbnet driver on the PC side and unplug the usb cable, then plug
it back in. You should read (in minicom) something like "USB: reset" and then
"usb0: full speed config #3: Ethernet Gadget". That works 7 times out of 10 for me.

PS: my ipaq is in repairs for the next week (SD slot) and the phone company
decided not to connect an ADSL line, without notice, so I can't really test
anything yet.
