As someone whose battery monitoring isn't yet working, I of course vote for the 2.6.15 option :P

Seriously though if there were a way for certain users who have the problems to work around them through a patch or upgrade shortly after launch, I think that would be fine. My only concern is that if the battery issues are more widespread across general users (than just me, for example), then it might be a mistake to do a release that only supports _some_ h2200 devices and would be worth the delay to support the entire family.
