You cannot have a X server working since you have the above message
/dev/fb/0: No such device
that say that the framebuffer is not working.

As Matt has said it in another message, you have to put the modules
corresponding to the
kernel you are using in the rootfs you are using.
For test, you can also use my kernel that is quite completly built-in :
