problem with battery driver

Hello,

I was using a kernel made with the cvs of Dec 16, and the battery driver is
working.
I have tried a new version with the cvs of today Dec 23. the only modifications
are

P linux/kernel26/drivers/misc/h2200_battery.c
U linux/kernel26/drivers/w1/w1_ds2760.c
U linux/kernel26/include/asm-arm/arch-pxa/h2200-init.h
U linux/kernel26/include/sound/uda1380.h
U linux/kernel26/lab/lab-main.c
U linux/kernel26/sound/i2c/uda1380.c

But now, I cannot get any values from the battery driver.... (I can only know if
the AC
is on or off).
