bluetooth partially solved

Hello,

after a lot of trial or error tests, I have found that with the familiar 0.8.3
of december 7,
the hciattach must be done when hcid is not running (that is with
/etc/init.d/bluetooth
stop) so hcid must be launched after the hciattach.

Of course, I don't understand why it is different from 0.8.2....

My bluetooth is a zeevo one.
