PATCH: probe he bluetooth chip type

Those of you who have had problems getting bluetooth to work, I have a
patch for you (attached). This patch looks in the asset data in flash to
try to determine whether the PDA has a Zeevo bluetooth (which the original
A01 models do, or a CSR chip (which apparently the later B01 models do).

To test it, remove /etc/sysconfig/bluetooth and reboot the h2200. On boot
you should see a message like, "found CSR bluetooth chip," and the file
/etc/sysconfig/bluetooth should contain a line "PROTO=bcsp."

If bluetooth doesn't work for you even after applying this patch, send me
/etc/sysconfig/bluetooth and the contents of /dev/mtdblock1.
