I have also tried this : if I suspend the h2200 with bluetooth on, there is a
lot of problems
of suspending/resuming. But if I suspend while bluetooth off all is working
well.

No, my problem is that after the hciattach, hciconfig says that the interface is
down.
I have tried with the old (of 082) hciattach, but it is the same problem. I have
not tested
with the "old" hciconfig.

I have not seen anything about that in the log.

that strange : the new 083 "official" is quite working out of the box.
