small bugs

Hello,

I continue to use "official" 0.8.3 for h2200.

Two small bugs that probably should be send to gpe-list but I don't know if they
are specific to h2200.

1) Setting -> Time and date seems to ignore the timezone (but using xrvt, one
can see that
timezone is well configured) and always remains on UTC.

2) pwd on xrvt changes directory to /root. So I have had to make a symlink to
/home/root.

have you seen this ?
