I use a Macraigor Wiggler with leads soldreed in going out to a
perfboard that connects to my iPAQ. If you were adventurous, however, I
see no reason why you couldn't solder the leads directly to the iPAQ...
(Find some strain relief first though!)

Alternatively the Xilinx passive cables (or clones) should work.
