Excellent, this looks very cool.

I think the code could usefully be made a little more modular, though.
The DS2760 part should be usable by all ipaqs, so it would make sense to
place it in a module of its own (rather like the old
h3600_asic_battery). Also, the OWM code is probably common to HAMCOP
and SAMCOP; it might be nice to arrange this as a SoC driver rather than
using a second mapping of the ASIC.
