The battery is (probably) a DS2760 or compatible. You should be able to
get the datasheet for this part from the Maxim website. In 2.4, the
code to drive it is in mach-ipaq/h3600_asic_battery.c; you might find
that useful as well.
By the way, your patch didn't make it to the list. You might want to
re-send using a different MIME type.
