OpenEmbedded rootfs building instructions

Hello,

Just to tell you that I'm going to build my second h2200 OpenEmbedded
rootfs from scratch (the first was in late June), and this time, I will
note everything I had to do on a wiki page.

If you already started working on such instructions, let me know!

Unfortunately, I'll be very busy for one month, working on an Embedded
Linux training. Of course, the slides and labs will be available under a
free documentation license. :-)

So, I hope these instructions will help people getting started and
progress faster than I will.
