Peter,
I believe haret needs a full boot of WinCE to work properly.
For as long as haret will be needed, you'll have to do at each
boot the recalibration procedure. Once you're used to it, it
takes less than ten sec. :)
Advice: rotate the device counter-clockwise by 90deg. It's
much faster this way.
