Whose initrd and vmlinux are you using ? Maybe no mq module are loaded
in this initrd ? Do you have the possibility to observe the console in
serial mode ? It could well be a kernel panic, but with no observability,
no one can help here.

We had this problem at the beginning. Until we had serial console & debug
up, and then mq modules. :)
