If you're referring to the English image that's available on the HP website,
I downloaded 1.10 from there and have tried to run the HP flash routine that
comes with it. I get an error that goes something like this:
1.
"Verifying the information on your iPAQ pocket pc...please wait"
2.
"Error 104: Cannot Open Rom Image File: The ROM update utility cannot open
the ROM image file. Download the correct ROM update and try again"
Which leads me to believe that the 1.00 rom image is required first. The rom
image that I download is for the English h2210, that's the device in
question.
If you've got something other than that, please, feel free to upload to:
ftp://upload:upload@complexus.gotdns.com.
Your help is sincerely appreciated.

The WinCE update from HP does work without having a working WinCE as long as
the bootloader starts (some text on the display saying Serial or USB should
appear with the backlight turned off ) Anyway if you wish an english image
then just let me know and I will upload it to your FTP.

Benny
