I guess you are looking for an English version, right? Mine is in French.
Anyway, an original rom image won't help if you don't have access to
WinCE, unless you wish to reflash your device with JTAG.
Before this, do you have at least access to the HTC bootloader after you
reset? If you do and your bootloader is not damaged, then you could
reflash your device with a CF card containing a dumped image from
someone else's bootloader.
