Thank you for your suggestion,

It seems that symlink /dev/h3600_ts* point to /dev/touchscreen/0*

What is the right link? We had to adjust automatically at boot?

I verified by looking into the binary of Michael rootfs, and as you told,
default device for opie are:
/dev/mouse
/dev/h3600_ts
/dev/h3600_tsraw
/dev/input/mice

/etc/pointercal -> for calibration settings

for Xfbdev:
/dev/ts
/dev/h3600_ts

/dev/mouse
/dev/psaux
/dev/input/mice
/dev/adbmouse
/dev/ttyS0
/dev/ttyS1

This evening I try to recreate tsraw device and adjust symlink for h3600_ts*
