CRL don't produce the device. I imagine HP's technical support group do
have the technology to unbrick h2200s, but they will probably want to
charge you money for that service.

Reprogramming the boot block in a bricked unit would be the whole point
of using JTAG. If your machine already has working software, there are
much easier ways to reprogram the flash.
